Wet Dreams Poetry respects your privacy and here is how information sent to this website is handled:

Electronic Correspondence ("Email")

All electronic correspondence (email) sent to, and received by, Wet Dreams Poetry is considered private and confidential. All email sent to Wet Dreams Poetry will contain the sender's IP (Internet Protocol) address for tracking information which is used solely for the purposes of spam control. All personal information gathered via the email form, such as your name, email address, website URL, if applicable, and/or the text of the email, is submitted voluntarily by you to me, the owner of Wet Dreams Poetry. Wet Dreams Poetry will never sell or *distribute to a third party, any of the personal information contained within the electronic correspondence, nor will you receive any spam or unsolicited email from Wet Dreams Poetry. Permissions of Use emails are saved in the event they are needed in the future for verifications; however, all other email corresponence is deleted once the subject matter of the email has been addressed.

Wet Dreams Poetry Awards Program Award Application Form

This site contains an Award Application form for those wishing to apply for a Wet Dreams Poetry award through the Wet Dreams Poetry Awards Program. All applicants must be 18 years or older to submit an application to the Wet Dreams Poetry Award Program. All award applications will contain the sender's IP (Internet Protocol) address for tracking information, which is used solely for the purposes of spam control. Any personal information contained within the award application form, such as name, website name, website URL, and email address is submitted voluntarily by you to me as the owner and operator of the Wet Dreams Poetry Awards Program. This information is used only for the purpose of evaluating your website for a Wet Dreams Poetry Award and for notifying applicants of the status of their award application, via the email address provided by the applicant on the award application form. Wet Dreams Poetry will now retain this information for the life of the Wet Dreams Poetry Award Program, and this information is available only to, and in the event any inquiries arise from, the applicant concerning their evaluation. When you apply for an award through the Wet Dreams Poetry Award Program, you can anticipate on receiving the following emails from the Wet Dreams Poetry Awards Program: An initial email to confirm receipt of your award application and a second email to advise you, the applicant, the status of the award evaluation and, if applicable, the award graphic will be attached. If I am unable to complete my review of your site within the posted time frame, or need clarification from the applicant on a particular item within the applicant's website or application, an additional email to the applicant may be necessary, pursuant to the information contained within the Process section of the Wet Dreams Poetry Awards Program.

The personal information provided by you and contained within the Wet Dreams Poetry Award Application Form will never be sold or distributed by Wet Dreams Poetry, nor will you receive any spam or unsolicited email from Wet Dreams Poetry. As the owner of Wet Dreams Poetry, I am the only one who sees the entire award application, however, your website URL is shared with evaluators affiliated with the Wet Dreams Poetry Award Program for the purpose of an evaluation for a Wet Dreams Poetry Award, pursuant to your award application through the Wet Dreams Poetry Awards Program. Any further and/or future electronic correspondence, initiated by the applicant, and sent to Wet Dreams Poetry, is done so voluntarily by the applicant, and Wet Dreams Poetry will respond to such applicant to address the specific content/text contained within the applicant's email.

Wet Dreams Poetry Award Program Winners

If your website is the recipient of an award from the Wet Dreams Poetry Award Program, the name of your website with the website URL, website description and/or screenshot, if applicable, will be listed in the Winner's List of the Wet Dreams Poetry Award Program, for the respective award received, as outlined in the Process section of the Wet Dreams Poetry Award Program, and, at that time, the name and URL of your website, site description and/or screenshot, if applicable, will be visible by the public. If at any time you no longer wish to have your website information listed within my Winner's list, please notify me and I will remove same. (Opt-out)

By voluntarily filling out the Wet Dreams Poetry Award Application (Opt-in) and submitting your website for an evaluation, you are confirming that you have read through the posted Privacy Policy and accept the terms contained therein.

United States Children's Online Protection Privacy Act (COPPA)

Wet Dreams Poetry does not operate as a commercial website nor is Wet Dreams Poetry a website directed towards, or one that knowingly collects information from, children under 13 years of age. Wet Dreams Poetry is a privately owned, personal website. Wet Dreams Poetry does not accept any award applications through the Wet Dreams Poetry Award Program from anyone under the age of 18, nor does it knowingly accept any electronic correspondence (email) from anyone under the age of 13 years and therefore, according to the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, Wet Dreams Poetry is not required to comply with the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Any electronic correspondence submitted to Wet Dreams Poetry is handled in the same manner as outlined above in the Electronic Correspondence section.

Permissions of Use

Wet Dreams Poetry has obtained permission to use various elements from the individual owner of said elements, which are displayed within the Wet Dreams Poetry website. If you grant Wet Dreams Poetry permission to use any element created and owned by you, the permission from you, given through either electronic correspondence (email) or written correspondence (Postal mail), may be required or requested of Wet Dreams Poetry, to be shared with a third party, such as an Ethics Organization, Ratings Indices, or an award evaluator in connection with the Wet Dreams Poetry Award Program or in connection with Wet Dreams Poetry itself, to verify that Wet Dreams Poetry does, in fact, have such permission from you, as the owner of the element in question, to display said element on the Wet Dreams Poetry website. By granting Wet Dreams Poetry permission of use, you, as the owner of said element, acknowledge and confirm that you retain all copyrights to said element, and, therefore, Wet Dreams Poetry cannot be held liable for any copyright infringement if said permission of use is found to be fraudulent.
